Lowe was the anchor for an hour of live television in the FA Cup Quarter Final broadcast on ESPN UK in March 2012. It was during this broadcast that Bolton's Fabrice Muamba, a player in the midfield with Bolton FC, fell ill with heart failure on the field. That evening, Lowe was a guest on every UK major media outlet. Lowe was the first British woman to ever host a FA Cup Final six-hour-long live broadcast, was announced in May 2012. Lowe was previously employed by Setanta Sports, as both an anchor and journalist. She hosted the pioneering coverage for Football Conference from Setanta Sports between 2007 and 2009. She co-hosted Football Matters Setanta's Premier League Studio Program.
